Special Town Board Meeting held December 20, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Town Hall in Schroon Lake N.Y.

Present:

Town Supervisor: Cathy Moses

Councilpersons: Roger Friedman, Clara Phibbs, Mark Whitney and Meg Wood

Wastewater Operator: Jim Roblee

Also Present: See Attached

Supervisor Moses called the meeting to order at 1:03 P.M. with a Pledge to the Flag.

Supervisor Moses stated that the Board had many concerns about Riznick and the position of AES not properly overseeing the job. There was much discussion with the Board. AES would like a list of the items that need to be checked and redone; Jim Roblee will take care of this.

Resolution #221 Payment of bills

Supervisor Moses moved a resolution to accept the bills from Riznick and AES to be paid as reviewed, seconded by Councilman Whitney; carried.
