Supervisor Moses called the meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. with a Pledge to
the Flag.
Resolution #1
Approval of Minutes
Councilman Friedman moved a
resolution to accept the Public Hearing Meeting Minutes held December 13,
2010 at 6:30 P.M.and the Regular Town Board Meeting held December 13, 2010
at 7:00 P.M with exception of changing Resolution #214 from $17,250.00 to
$7,500.00, seconded by Councilwoman Phibbs; carried.
Councilman Whitney moved a
resolution to accept the Special Town Board Meeting Minutes held December
20, 2010 at 1:00 P.M., seconded by Councilman Friedman; carried.
Resolution #2 Audit
of Claim
Councilwoman Phibbs moved a
resolution to accept the bills to be paid as reviewed, seconded by
Councilman Whitney; carried.

Councilman
Whitney moved a resolution to accept the quote from ITT Water and Wastewater
USA Flygt Products in the amount of $21,117.00 to be taken from the
technical force account in the Phase II Wastewater Project, seconded by
Councilman Friedman; carried.
Resolution #62 Re-advertise the Screened Sand Bids
Councilman
Friedman moved a resolution to re-advertise for the Screened Sand Bids as
long as the Board reviews the Specifications from the County Attorney,
seconded by Councilman Whitney; carried.
Resolution #63 Firewood Quote
Councilman
Whitney moved a resolution to accept the firewood quotes from P&T Timber
Sales Inc. for $180.00 per full cord cut, split and delivered for the
Highway Garage (24 cord will be delivered), seconded by Councilwoman Wood;
carried.
Executive Session
Councilman
Whitney moved to go into executive session at 4:30 P.M. to discuss a legal
issue involving the assessor an Article 7, seconded by Councilman Friedman;
carried.
Councilman
Friedman moved to come out of Executive Session at 5:00 P.M., seconded by
Councilwoman Wood; carried.
Resolution #64 Assessors Article 7 Claim
Councilwoman Phibbs moved a resolution to allow the Assessor, Rich
Schoenstadt to settle the Article 7 claim as discussed in Executive Session,
seconded by Councilwoman Wood; carried.
Councilman
Whitney moved to adjourn at 5:25 P.M., seconded by Councilwoman Phibbs;
carried.
