Supervisor Moses called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. with a Pledge to the Flag.

Health Insurance

Supervisor Moses and the Board will look over the two policies, Excellus BCBS Healthy Blue PPO and the current insurance Excellus BCBS EPO11. They would like to get more information on the two policies from Burnham Financial.

Public Participation

Chris Paradis suggested to the Board that they may want to go out to bid for health insurance prices and to get some idea what other companies offer for prices.

Chris also stated that it would be nice if the Town could have volunteers do a lot of the jobs in town like the Parade Committee and the flowers rather then paying people to do it. Supervisor Moses stated that the Town Board would consider his suggestions.

Meg Wood stated that it would be nice if some of the organizations that the Town funds would be more self-sufficient and that we need to look at their financial statements and get their balance sheets to see if they really need the money and that would be a way to save the taxpayers some money.

Supervisor Moses closed the Public Budget Hearing at 6:50 p.m.
