The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P.M. with a reading of the Notice to Bidders by the Town Clerk.

A decision on the bids will be made a later date once the Board and the engineer have a chance to look them over. Deputy Supervisor Roger Friedman thanked everyone for coming and submitting a bid. Meeting was adjourned at 2:20 P.M.
