Special Town Board Meeting held Jan. 10, 2008 at 3:00p.m. at the Town Hall, Schroon Lake N.Y.
Present:
Town Supervisor: Supervisor Moses
Councilpersons: Councilman Friedman Councilwoman Phibbs Councilman Whitney
Town Clerk: Patricia Savarie
The meeting was called to order at 3:02 p.m.
Supervisor Moses moved a resolution to accept the resignation of the Town Councilman Don
Sage with deep appreciation for 14 years of service in the Town of Schroon unanimously
moved; carried.
Councilman Whitney moved to pass a resolution to appoint Dana Shaughnessy per diem as
Building Inspector III at the rate of $14.08 per hour not to exceed 15 days; seconded by
Councilman Friedman; carried.
Councilman Friedman moved a resolution to have bank signatures approved on accounts from
the Glens Falls National Bank; seconded by Councilwoman Phibbs; carried.
Councilman Whitney moved to adjourn at 3:20p.m. seconded by Councilwoman Phibbs; carried.
