Special Town Board Meeting held March 19, 2007, at 3:00 p.m. at the Town Hall, Schroon Lake, New York

Present:

Supervisor: Catherine L. Moses

Councilmen: Roger Friedman, Donald Sage, Sharron Tyrrell, Clara Phibbs

Hwy. Super.: Michael Marnell

Town Clerk: Janice Tyrrell

The meeting was called to order at 3:03 PM to discuss the bandstand project with AES.

Dave Whitford from AES stated that the drawings would be finished this week.

He suggests bidding out in two contracts, the middle section, and the carpentry, or to combine the whole project. The estimated cost is $210,000.

It was decided that the floor have a slope for water to run off, and that contractor be bonded.

He also stated that the PVC trim was a good idea.

Don moved a resolution to go to bid for April 16^{th at 3 PM , and award bid at 3:15 PM April 18th, seconded by Sharron; carried.}

Clara moved resolution to adjourn meeting at 4:35 PM, second by Don; carried
