Town Board Meeting held August 03, 2006, at 3:00 p.m.      at the Town Hall, Schroon Lake, New York

     The meeting was called to order for a conference call with Clough Harbor in reference to the well house improvements.

      The Clough Harbour & Associates members in the conference call were Matt Abatto, Brian Purdy and Todd Lafraniere.

        The engineers felt that we should insulate the pipes and install air conditioning to reduce the moisture problem - this will not eliminate the moisture.

     After lengthy discussion, Roger moved a resolution to rescind the previous resolution to place a de- humidifier at the well house, and to move forward with the air conditioning project, not to exceed $23,000, seconded by Don; carried.

     Don moved resolution to adjourn the meeting at 3:35 PM, seconded by Clara; carried.
