Town Board Meeting held August 26, 2006, at 6:30 p.m.      at the Town Hall, Schroon Lake, New York

Councilmen:            Roger Friedman, Donald Sage, & Sharron Tyrrell - Clara Phibbs was absent

Town Clerk:            Janice Tyrrell

      The meeting was called to order with the Planning Board to discuss and set a date for a Public

Hearing to address Planning Board fees and By-laws.

     The Town Board reviewed the Planning Board Regulations to make changes they felt necessary.

     Don moved a resolution to hold a Public Hearing September 11^th at 6:30 PM to get the By-laws and

fees in place, seconded by Roger; carried - Clara Phibbs was absent.

     Don moved a resolution to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 PM, seconded by Sharron; carried.
