NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED LOCAL LAW NO 1 OF 2006
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Schroon will
hold and conduct a public hearing at the Town Hall meeting room, Schroon Lake,
NY on the 27th day of February, 2006 at 7 PM on the proposed Local
Law No. 1 of 2006, a local law providing for and implementing the Alternative
Veteran’s Exemption Provisions of Real Property Tax Law Section 458-A.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at said public hearing to be held at
the time and place set forth above, the Town Board of the Town of
Schroon
will consider the proposed Local Law and hear all persons interested therein
concerning the same.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the full text of the
proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2006 may be obtained upon request from the Town
Clerk of the Town of

PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO SEWER ORDINANCE #6
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the
Town Board of the Town of Schroon, at the meeting room of the Town Hall, Schroon
Lake, NY on the 27th day of February 2006, 7:30 PM in reference to
proposed amendments to Sewer Ordinance #6.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that at said Public Hearing to be held at
