To repeat this is a preliminary conceptual plan. The number of town houses could increase or decreased based on a variety of a considerations or changes in plan which will be reviewed as the project progresses.

The final plan could change considerably as the review process proceeds.
The large building on the left with 2 wings is a proposed motel with
35 rooms. It will include a restaurant and other amenities for the
guests. The building at the top left will house a package treatment plant as
well as office space. The building at the bottom left is
for storage. All the other buildings are proposed dwelling units.
They have been designed with the idea of flexibility in terms of eventual
use. I.e. final design could be a duplex or a single unit for each
distinct building. This design requires a separate lot be created
housing the package treatment plant and the in ground disposal field (the
most likely method for the disposal of the treated septic effluent.)
This will reduce the overall area for development by an estimate of 1 acre.
The remaining area would permit - at maximum - the construction of 34 to 35
town houses.
