This is the latest conceptual plan of what the owner would like to do.  The treatment plant and septic disposal field have been moved up to the front of the lot on Davis Road.  This will require review to determine if this is a feasible location.  This plan  includes 35 motel rooms, a restaurant and 35 potential condominium units.

There are a total of seven housing blocks - 3 fours and 4 twos. 

The 35 units will contained within these buildings.  The motel/restaurant complex has been split up and moved down closer to the lake.
