The Town of Schroon Planning Board has it's regular meeting  the second Thursday of every month at 7 pm in the main meeting room of the Town Hall.

Next Planning Board Meeting is Friday December 16,  2011 at 7:00 pm

1. Stoneledge Project  --  Continuation of the public hearing on the Stoneledge Project.

The planning board intends to hold a vote on site plan approval at this meeting.

If the site plan is approved the project sponsor will prepare a final landscaping plan along with architectural presentation sufficient to enable the planning board to evaluate the visual impact of the project.  Before the project can proceed the planning board will have to approve these final aspects of the plan.

2.  Public hearing on Schrader 4-Lot subdivision.   The subdivision is located off  of Route 9 on the west side about 500' south of DeCesare's pizza parlor.
